Dining Alfresco in Boulder and Colorado.
As the weather warms up across Colorado and days are longer, it’s an ideal season to try out some outdoor patios and rooftop bars.
With sweeping views of Boulder’s Flatirons from its perch above the Hotel Boulderado, Corrida combines the best of Spanish dining with sustainability. For brunch, savor tapas such as Tostada de Anchoa and Jamon Iberico or traditional Eggs Benedict or French Toast. Dinner options include Skull Island prawns, Boothill 7 Ranch tenderloin, and 58-day dry-aged bone-in New York Strip. Corrida partners with regenerative ranches to foster a healthier planet, a better life for the cattle, and stronger bonds between ranchers and consumers.
